1. We offer FREE shipping within India for all orders above INR 1500/- for others it is flat INR 49/- per order. Deliveries are made by premium courier partners directly to your doorstep.

3. You'll receive regular updates via email and SMS, including order details and tracking information. If there are any delays due to the crafting process or unforeseen circumstances, we'll notify you promptly.

4. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have left our warehouse, or if they are made-to-order items or fabric. Additionally, products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
